This Nesco(R) 1000 watt digital dehydrator features an adjustable thermostat allowing you to dry different foods at proper temperatures (90-160 degrees F), providing the flexibility to produce the best drying results. Includes a top mounted fan and 1000 watts of drying power to generate maximum speed and quality for dehydrating fruits, vegetables, and jerky. It dries food in hours, not days like other food dehydrators. It is expandable up to twenty trays with optional Add-A-Trays. Opaque exterior helps block harmful light which destroys nutritional content of food. Patented drying system forces air down the exterior pressurized chamber and the hot air is forced horizontally across each individual tray.
