When the pasta reaches the desired length, slide the cutter across the plate to detach each series of noodles. Includes 6 interchangeable pasta making plates to create fresh spaghetti, bucatini, rigatoni, fusilli, and small or large macaroni. A cleaning brush is provided to easily remove bits of pasta dough from the pasta press and pasta plates. Comes complete with a storage case that holds five pasta plates and fits on top of the pasta press attachment. The auger, pasta ring, combo tool, and storage case are dishwasher safe.
